This case came before the Supreme Court for oral argument on October 5, 2004, on appeal by the plaintiff, Paul J. Andrukiewicz (Paul or husband), from a Family Court judgment in favor of the defendant, Georgia D. Hopkins (formerly known as Georgia D. Andrukiewicz) (Georgia or wife). In post-final judgment divorce proceedings, Georgia sought rebef to enforce the terms of the parties’ property settlement agreement.
