MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

THIS MATTER comes before the Court on: (i) the Plaintiffs Notice of Intent to Introduce Expert Witness Testimony Pursuant to Rules 702, 703 and 705, filed on October 6, 2010 (Doc. 37); and (ii) Defendant’s Motion in Limine for Daubert 1 Ruling Regarding the Admissibility and Scope of Ms. Nancy’s Drez’s Expert Testimony, filed on April 20, 2011 (Doc. 86)(“Motion”).
