— The five plaintiffs are comprised of two individuals who are taxpayers, residents and electors of Northampton Township, Bucks County; a nonprofit corporation which owns and occupies property within the township; and two individuals who are members of the nonprofit corporation plaintiff. Defendant Northampton Bucks County Municipal Authority is a municipal authority organized under the Municipality Authorities Act of May 2, 1945, P.
