This matter comes before the Court on a motion by the Defendants, West Clark Community Schools and Clark County Special Education Cooperative (collectively “West Clark”), asking the Court to find that West Clark has met its responsibility to provide J.P. with a free and appropriate public education and that West Clark’s proposed educational plan for the 2001-2002 year was reasonably calculated to continue to offer J.P. significant educational benefits.
