COLLINS, Justice.

Holly Wright and Dana Wright Holland (the “Children”) appeal from the York County Probate Court’s (Brooks, J.) finding that Swiss law would give effect to a provision in the Will of H. Dudley Wright (the “Testator”) electing Maine law to govern the administration of his estate. The Estate of H. Dudley Wright (the “Estate”) contests the position of the Children and cross-appeals from the Probate Court’s decision and order awarding attorney fees to the Children.
