Jane Stowell Mason, Mary Stowell Waitt, and Elizabeth K. Stowell (the beneficiaries) appeal from a judgment of the Cumberland County Probate Court (Childs, J.) accepting a referee’s report that found no breach of fiduciary duty by defendant Rand N. Stowell (Rand) as personal representative of the estate of Newton S.
