[¶ 1] Lawrence Lewis appeals from the judgment of the Cumberland County Probate Court (Childs, J.) denying his claim of undue influence in connection with the will of his mother, Minnie Lewis. He argues that the Probate Court erred in failing to apply a presumption of undue influence; in applying a clear and convincing standard of proof; and in failing to strike an “anti-harassment” clause from the will as against public policy.
