Plaintiff Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (“CREW”) brings this action under the Freedom of Information Act (“FOIA”), seeking records that were created by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (“FBI”) in conjunction with Special Counsel Patrick Fitzgerald’s (“Fitzgerald” or the “Special Counsel”) interview of former Vice President Richard Cheney.
