PER CURIAM: *

Appellant was convicted by a special court-martial, consisting of a military judge alone, of aggravated assault, communicating threats, and possession of marijuana, in violation of Articles 128, 134 and 92, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 928, 934 and 892, respectively. He was sentenced to a bad-conduct discharge, confinement at hard labor for 3 months, forfeiture of $229 pay per month for 3 months and reduction to pay grade E-l. The convening authority approved the findings and sentence after rounding the forfeitures off to $229 pay per month…
