We think the evidence adduced in the trial below is sufficient tp warrant the submission of this case.to the jury.

The burden of proving the carrier’s negligence was upon the plaintiff, and he made out a prima facie case when he introduced evidence to show delivery of the shipment to the defendant in good condition and its delivery to the consignee in bad condition.
