F. Smith, was financially insolvent before tbe formation of tbe plaintiff corporation, tbat tbe corporation was formed in 1917 by funds of bis wife, $2,500.00, and tbat there were issued 25 shares of stock in tbe corporation, 23 of which are owned by bis wife, and one share each by him and…
