This matter is before the Court on Defendant Great Spring Waters of America, Inc.’s Motion to Dismiss Plaintiffs’ Complaint. Defendant John M. Engler is also named in the suit and has concurred in the Motion to Dismiss. The suit is brought by Plaintiffs Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indians, Grand Traverse Band of Ottawa and Chippewa Indians, and Little River Band of under the Water Resources Development Act of 1986, 42 U.S.C. §§ 1962d-20 (‘WRDA”) to enjoin the exportation of…
