Appellee, complainant in the trial court, Gulf Oil Corporation, filed this action under the Declaratory Judgments Act against the defendants, appellants here, Clarence E. Phifer, Administrator of the Estate of Paul Phifer, Deceased; and the City Bank & Trnst Company of McMinnville.
