REID, Associate Judge:

The Board on Professional Responsibility (“the Board” or “the BPR”) has recommended that respondent, Laurence A. El-gin, be suspended from the practice of law for six months and be required to pay Saundra Burka, one of his clients and a close friend of Mr. Elgin’s wife, restitution in the amount of $5,000.00 with interest as a condition of reinstatement.
