¶ 1. Timothy Normington appeals the judgment of conviction for first-degree sexual assault causing great bodily harm and second-degree sexual assault of a mentally deficient victim and the sentences imposed for each offense. His primary contention on appeal is that the circuit court erroneously exercised its discretion in admitting into evidence images and videos of pornography found on his computer because, Normington asserts, this was other acts evidence that was inadmissible under Wis. Stat. § 904.04(2) (2005-06).
