State v. Fishnick

This is a review of an unpublished per curiam decision of the court of appeals dated April 25, 1985, affirming a judgment for conviction and an order of the circuit court for Grant county, John R. Wagner, circuit judge, denying defendant postconviction relief.

There are two issues in this case. First, did the trial court err in admitting evidence of Paul J.
