Plaintiff Marietta Robinson (“plaintiff’) brought this action against the District of Columbia and District of Columbia Metropolitan Police Department (“MPD”) Officers Sarah Pezzat, Christian Glynn, Richard McLeod, James Boteler, and Kelly Baker 1 (collectively, “defendants”), seek ing damages for violations of 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and various common law torts, stemming from the killing of her dog during the execution of a search warrant.
