This case is before us upon writ of error issued upon application of the complainant whose bill, after hearing, was dismissed by decree of the circuit judge. The latter’s decision succinctly sets forth the facts and is as follows :• “This is a bill in equity instituted by petitioner January 25, 1928, against respondent Bishop Trust Company, Limited, to set aside a deed to certain parcel of land in Manoa valley.
