Plaintiff Apprill Walden alleges that her former employer, Defendant Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (“PCO-RI”), violated the District of Columbia Human Rights Act (“DCHRA”), D.C Code § 2-1401.0, et seq., by discriminating and retaliating against her, creating a hostile work environment, and deliberately making working conditions so intolerable that she was forced to resign.
