Plaintiff Apprill Walden alleges that her former employer, Defendant Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute ("PCORI"), violated the District of Columbia Human Rights Act ("DCHRA"), D.C. Code § 2-1401.01 et seq. , by discriminating against her on the basis of her disability and retaliating against her after she requested accommodations for that disability, a protected activity under the statute.
