This is a breach of contract case in which plaintiff Ramada Franchise Systems (“RFS”) alleges that defendants Hanna Hotel Enterprises (“Hanna Hotel”) and Hanna Karcho sold a hotel, located in Toledo, Ohio, in violation of a license agreement between the parties. Jurisdiction arises pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1332. Pending is defendants’ motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction and improper venue. (Docs. 29 and 30).
