ORDER
CARR, District Judge.
This is a tort case in which plaintiffs, Victoria and Oswald Hunter, allege defendant, Armando Mendoza (“Mendoza”), negligently operated a truck while in the scope of his employment with California Day Fresh Foods (“California Foods”). Plaintiffs claim physical injuries and loss of consortium. Jurisdiction arises pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1332. Pending is defendants’ motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction. For the following reasons, defendant’s motion shall be denied as to Penske Truck Leasing (“Penske”), and granted as to California Foods and Mendoza.
