HOFFMAN, Judge.

This appeal is from the judgment of sentence for three counts each of robbery, criminal conspiracy, theft, and receiving stolen property. Appellant contends that the trial court erred in (1) questioning him in the presence of the jury; (2) refusing to sever appellant’s trial from that of his co-defendant; and (3) refusing to dismiss the charges against him or grant a new trial on the ground that his preliminary hearing was improperly conducted. In addition, appellant contends that the evidence was insufficient to support convictions for separate counts of criminal conspiracy.…
