Plaintiff Elaine Goldwater appeals from so much of a judgment of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, Louis L. Stanton, Judge, as dismissed her complaint against her employer, defendant Metro-North Commuter Railroad (“Metro-North”), for damages under the Federal Employers’ Liability Act, 45 U.S.C. § 51 et seq.
