I. INTRODUCTION

Before this Court is a motion by plaintiff Pushpa Topo, seeking a protective order bar*77ring defendants from inquiring into plaintiffs immigration status in accordance with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 26(c). For the following reasons, plaintiffs motion seeking a protective order is GRANTED.
