BUCKLEY, Circuit Judge:
The National Labor Relations Board (“NLRB” or “Board”) found that Acme Die Casting, a division of Lovejoy Industries, Inc. (“Company”), committed various unfair labor practices in violation of sections 8(a)(1), (3), and (5) of the National Labor Relations Act (“Act”).
