Plaintiff herein brought suit in circuit court to .recover damages for injuries sustained by him in a traffic accident occurring on trunk line US 12 in the village of Parma January 2, 1946, between midnight and 1 o’clock. Defendant’s automobile, in which plaintiff was riding as a guest passenger, was being operated at the time by John Lonergan, the son of defendant, with her knowledge and consent. The record discloses that Chandler Ward and Paula J. Herrick were also passengers in the car, which collided with a truck driven by Robert Ray. As a result of the collision, Ward sustained injuries…
