THIS MATTER comes before the Court on Plaintiffs motion to compel. The Court has reviewed the pleadings and concluded that oral argument is unnecessary.
This case arises out of injuries sustained to Plaintiff Marilyn Weitzman as a result of a bicycle accident (accident) allegedly caused by Defendant’s negligence.
