In this original proceeding, brought pursuant to C.A.R. 21, Petitioners Basin Western, Inc. and Richard Stewart Transportation (collectively "Basin Western") seek relief from a trial court order compelling the production of information regarding insurance reserves and settlement authority in the personal injury claim of Respondents Kevin and Molly Silva ("the Silvas"). The trial court ordered disclosure and awarded attorney fees to the Silvas as a sanction for Basin Western's failure to disclose the information.
