This is a disciplinary proceeding in which it is charged that the respondent, Hillary H. Hallett, an attorney, has been guilty of conduct and practices which tend to defeat the administration of justice and bring the courts and legal profession into disrepute. The complaint was filed by the Inquiry Division, Committee on Grievances of the Illinois State Bar Association and charges the respondent with approximately 30 instances of professional misconduct and practices.
