Appellant (plaintiff below) filed a bill ‘in the District Court of the United States for the District of Columbia, praying that his marriage to appellee (defendant below), celebrated on November 17, 1915, in the State of Massachusetts, be declared null and void. Two grounds in support of the relief sought are set out in the bill.
