Defendant Roland Holden appeals from a judgment entered after trial by jury, determining that he is *314the father and is liable for the support of respondent, a minor child. The mother of the child lived with her husband in their residence during the time of the child’s conception and for many months thereafter. When she divorced her husband, she alleged separation at a date long subsequent to the birth and that S. D. W. was the child of the marriage.
