This is an appeal upon the original record from an order of the District Court of Caddo County, Oklahoma wherein the court overruled and denied a motion to vacate a default judgment.

The record shows that the defendant in error, hereinafter referred to as plaintiff, filed a petition against the plaintiff in error, hereinafter referred to as defendant, for a money judgment and foreclosure of a lien upon an oil and gas leasehold estate.
