(“Hana”) fired Michael Bullock from his job as a security guard. Bullock sued Hana and several other defendants. Before the Court are the defendants’ motions to dismiss and/or for summary judgment, Dkts. 48, 49, 50, and Bullock’s cross-motion for summary judgment, Dkt. 52.
