Presently before this Court are two Motions for Summary Judgment. Plaintiff Tracy Floyd (“Plaintiff’) filed a Motion for Summary Judgment on Plaintiffs First Claim for Relief (Violation of Truth in Lending Act) (Doc. # 17) on July 5, 2001.
