This is a suit in equity brought by the Consolidation Coal Company against Squire L. Yonts, Mary F. Arnett, James Yonts, Sarah Yonts, Lueretia M. Cornett, James M. Yonts, Clara W. Yonts, Roy E. Yonts, Lucia Q. Belt, Crit Yonts, Beatrice Falls, Wesley Yonts, George Ilogg, David Hays, Newt Keynolds, and J. H. Snyder. The presence on the record of the defendants Newt Beynolds, J. H.
