Plaintiffs appeal from an order of Special Term dismissing the complaint on defendant’s motions under rules 106 and 107 of the Rules of Civil Practice. . In this action, the plaintiffs in sixteen causes of action, sue defendant, employer, for injuries caused by silicosis in the course of their employment due, it is alleged, to defendant’s violation of the Labor Law of the State of New York.
