{¶ 1} This case is before the court on appeal from a judgment of the Wood County Court of Common Pleas.

{¶ 2} Appellants, Terrence J. Kazmaier and Tamara A. Sodders, are the children of Elizabeth and Paul Kazmaier. Timothy Kazmaier is also a child of Elizabeth and Paul and the sibling of Terrence and Tamara.
