Prior to filing her Chapter 7 petition, Shirley A. Ingersoll (“Mrs. Ingersoll” or “Debtor”) appeared before a notary public and signed a mortgage on which she and her now late husband, Dallas Ingersoll (“Mr.Ingersoll”), were named as mortgagors.
