Defendant, Jack C. Allen, appeals from the judgment entered on a jury verdict in favor of plaintiffs, Barbara Thornbury (Thornbury) and Bob Thornbury (husband). We remand with directions.

Thornbury was injured when a glass shelf fell on her foot while she was supervising the cleaning of Allen’s condominium at Beaver Run. It is undisputed that Allen rented out the property and that it was not his private residence.
