GRAHAM, Presiding Judge.

Appellant has invented an improvement in bunch concentrators used in the manufacture of cigars. In connection with his application he filed IT claims, the first 14 of whieh were allowed by the examiner. Claims 15,16, and 17 were rejected by the examiner, whieh decision was affirmed by the Board of Appeals of the United States Patent Office. These three claims are as follows:
