This adversary proceeding is before the court for decision after trial on Plaintiffs Joseph Abraham (“Mr. Abraham”) and Sue Abraham (“Mrs. Abraham”)’s (collectively, “Plaintiffs” or “the Abrahams”) “Complaint to Determine Dischargeability of Debt, Liability and Damages.” Defendant Charles K.
