The defendants have been charged in a multicount indictment with various crimes that allegedly occurred in the summer of *7451983. Included are four counts of offering a false instrument for filing in the first degree, a class E felony. Defendant Claremont Chemists Corp. is a pharmacy and defendant Martin Reitman, the president of the corporation, is a pharmacist who works for the corporate defendant.
