OPINION OF THE COURT

BECKER, Circuit Judge.

This appeal in an ejectment case, in which our jurisdiction is founded upon diversity of citizenship, 28 U.S.C. § 1332, concerns the ongoing validity of a long term commercial lease. The terms of the lease are extremely favorable to appellee, Firestone Tire and Rubber Company (Firestone), and are correspondingly unfavorable to appellant, Charles M. Reilly (Reilly), who purchased the property subject to the lease from the Small Business Administration (SBA).
