Vecca, franchisee of a 7-Eleven Food Store located at 188 Davis Street in Oakville, Connecticut, of the decision of the defendant, the Administrator of Unemployment in an unemployment compensation claim against the plaintiff by a previous employee, the claimant, Katherine Schock.
