INTRODUCTION

On March 29, 2013, we issued a Memorandum and Order granting in part and denying in part defendants’ motions to dismiss plaintiffs’1 complaints, which alleged that they suffered injury based on the defendants’ manipulation of the London InterBank Offered Rate (“LIBOR”).
