These consolidated putative class actions are the latest in a series of cases in recent years to allege a longstanding conspiracy by some of the world’s largest banks to manipulate a benchmark interest rate. -In the other cases, plaintiffs allege efforts to fix the London InterBank Offered Rate (“LIBOR”), see, e.g., In re LIBOR-Based Fin.
