MOSCOWITZ, District Judge.

These

are two motions. One is by the defendant for an order requiring plaintiff to furnish further and better particulars of the matters alleged in the bill of complaint, and also for permission to serve and file the interrogatories. annexed to the motion papers.' The only opposition to the motion relates to Nos. 4, 7, and 12,. of the demand for bill of particulars, there being no opposition to the motion to file the interrogatories. The motion will be denied as to demand No. 4 and granted in all other respects.
