Debra Hubley has appealed from the December 14, 1994, decision of the Workers’ Compensation Commission denying her claim for workers’ compensation benefits for treatment of complaints with her mouth and jaw that she alleges were caused by a compensable injury on April 3, 1992. The Commission denied appellant’s claim for treatment of temporomandibular joint pain and held that appellant had failed to prove by a preponderance of the evidence that her temporo-mandibular joint pain was caused by the cervical sprain injury that she sustained from an automobile accident…
