AMIDEI, Justice.
The appellee’s motion for rehearing is granted. We withdraw our prior opinion dated June 27, 1996, and substitute the following in its place.
Precast Structures, Inc., (“Precast”) appeals from a condemnation judgment in favor of the City of Houston (“City”), appellee, awarding the City 1,514 square feet of land out of Precast’s business property and awarding Precast $2,032.00 as payment for the land.
